Custom Machined Concepts LLC

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Custom Machined Concepts LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) fulfills and delivers customer orders. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or recognized U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

We utilize USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion to provide the most efficient service.

Standard delivery times are typically 3–7 business days within the United States. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations.

3. Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email, including tracking information, will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

5. Responsibility for Shipping

Custom Machined Concepts LLC is responsible for accurately processing and preparing all orders for shipment.

Once an order is transferred to the designated carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of the package rests with the shipping provider.

Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier directly regarding any delays, claims for lost or stolen packages, or damage sustained during transit.

While we are not liable for issues that occur after the carrier has taken possession of the package, customers may contact us at sales@cmconceptsusa.com ,and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not liable for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
