We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
In the same condition as received: unused/uninstalled, undamaged, and free of wear.
In the original packaging, including all components and accessories.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Installed, modified, or used items are not eligible for return.
3. How to Start a Return (RMA Required)
To initiate a return, email sales@cmconceptsusa.com to request authorization.
If approved, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provided instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Responsibility for Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective on arrival), we will provide a prepaid return label.
For all other returns (e.g., ordered wrong item, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue promptly and provide next steps. Photos may be required to assist in the claim.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
Custom products (e.g., special orders, engraving, or personalized items).
Clearance, blem, or “final sale” items.
Gift cards.
Items exposed to hazardous substances or returned in unsafe condition.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item under this policy and place a new order for the desired product once your return is approved.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received, we will inspect it within 5–10 business days.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received funds, contact us at sales@cmconceptsusa.com
9. Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or refused delivery, may be refunded minus the original shipping charge and any return carrier fees.
Reshipment will require payment of new shipping charges.
